Michelle is the Senior Director of Enablement, SAP Ariba. She holds degrees in Organizational Leadership and Women and Gender Studies and is currently finishing her MEd. Michelle is an Educational Technology Expert, Mindfulness Instructor, Mentor, Professional Coach, Author and Speaker.

Michelle's passion is helping people become more confident in their abilities and more courageous in their actions while bringing sustainable solutions to the future of the workforce focusing on diversity and inclusion as the cornerstone of personal and professional empowerment.
