She obtained a BA in Sociology and BA in Psychology from the University of California Davis and her Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University in New York City. Tiffany has facilitated healing, educational and professional workshops, seminars, trainings, and events for universities, high schools, social service agencies, and community members in the US and abroad around the topics of empowerment, wellness, trauma, and mental health. She is the founder of the empowerment platform, The BE Life, which promotes self-love and mental health awareness thru events, training and media content. She is a co-founder of the social enterprise organization called Coco Coalition Inc. She is a registered  Associate Clinical Social Worker in California specializing in trauma, grief/loss, eating disorders, intrapersonal conflict and relationships, focusing on online therapy and Ecotherapy (nature based therapy).

Lindsey Foss

Lindsey is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She is the proud owner of Lindsey Foss Therapy where she works with individuals and couples. Lindsey takes a holistic approach to therapy and life, believing that mind, body, spirit, and relationships equally impact our lives. 

In her private practice, Lindsey particularly enjoys working with couples preparing for, or in the early stages of, marriage or long-term commitment. In individual therapy, Lindsey focuses on helping women draw on their strengths and resources while examining patterns, both individually and interpersonally, that may cause them to feel stuck.

Lindsey is a proud Richmond Spider and has a B.A. in Global Politics and Diplomacy. She earned her M.S. in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Maryland, College Park. Originally from North Carolina, Lindsey has lived in D.C. for eight years. She deeply values work that develops young women for leadership in our world, and serves on the executive committee for the Young Women's Leadership Council for the YWCA of the National Capital Area. Lena Derhally

Lena Derhally is a licensed psychotherapist certified in Imago Relationship Therapy. She specializes in relationships and sees individuals and couples with a variety of issues. She is the author of the Amazon bestselling psychological true crime book, My Daddy is a Hero: How Chris Watts Went from Family Man to Family Killer. Lena has published numerous articles in The Washington Post and Huffington Post and has been interviewed for a variety of publications as an expert, including SELF,Glamour, Oprah Magazine, and A&E.  She is the co-host of a psychology podcast, “Sessions with Bob and Lena”  and is a clinical instructor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the George Washington School of Medicine where she mentors medical students. She is also very passionate about raising money and awareness for children with trauma who have been afflicted by war.
